Central Catering Unit (CCU)
Senior Administrators from the University of Nairobi have undergone intensive two day training on labor laws. The training was conducted by The Federation of Kenya Employers (FKE) on 15th and 16th September 2016.
The main aim of the training was for the Administrators to get insights on key provisions of the Labor Laws, improvement of personal effectiveness at work, enhancement of the job performance and competence enhancement for the PC target for the year 2016/17.
Speaking during the training, the Vice Chancellor Prof. Peter Mbithi noted this was an important training which will help the administrators to be conversant with the labor laws which they should use to measure their performance and the performance of those below them in organizational structure.
The training also focused on other aspects like leadership and management, conflict resolution among others.
The training was held at the Central Catering Unit (CCU) and was attended by all the Senior Administrators from the six Colleges.
