Management Information Systems (MIS) is the foundation of any successful business in today’s digital world.

The rapid global economic and technological transformations witnessed in the recent past have tremendously changed the way companies operate.  The business world has become very competitive and it is only the smart players who are able to survive the heat.  In a bid to remain relevant, progressive companies set quality strategic goals to achieve over a certain period.  However, it is very difficult to set achievable goals without extensive use of Information and communication technologies (ICT).  Management Information Systems (MIS) is one information technology function that is designed to streamline and maximize the operations of a business or company.

The ICT centre’s Management Information Systems (MIS) section provides a number of high quality services to the entire university of Nairobi community as well as to external clients and partners.  Listed below are some of the major services:
