The Training which was organised by the Deputy director (NIS) Joram Kinuthia , trained ICT members of staff who are based in different colleges of the university.

 Trainees were trained on the following :

-  Active Directory (AD) self provisioning tool - (Trainer- Fintan KImani)

- Information Security Management System (ISMS) sensitization(Trainer-Janet Maranga)

- Eset Antivirus (Trainer-Mark , cloudworld)

- Windows 2007 to 2010 upgrade(Trainer-Stephene Kyalo)
