Mr. Masika works as Chief ICT Officer MIS, Web Administration - Duties include but not limited to ; Web Design & Development, Support & Administrations of Quality Management Systems Auditor at the University of Nairobi, ICT Centre. Specializes in systems analysis, design, development and Implementation; for web based applications, also has interests in Quality Management Systems ISO Based Certifications.

He has over 15 years experience in development and administration of Management Information systems in areas such as Students record & finance managements; Student Hostels management in more than twenty(20) Public Institutions while working with ABNO Softwares International Ltd and University of Nairobi.
