KENYA WILL SOON DEPLOY ROBOTS IN THE FIGHT AGAINST CORONAVIRUS

Kenya is closely working with Mission Excellence Global Service Limited to introduce robots which will help in the fight against covid- 19 pandemic. The robots have a capability to connect virtually to a doctor for patient consultation and also can print prescriptions.

The robots will be used as the interface between front line doctors  and patients to avoid any possible human contact.

Market Insurance brokers in digital partnership deal to beat the pandemic.Local underwriters have often been tipped to adopt insurance-focused technology.  The Association of Kenya Professional Insurance Agents (AKPIA) has entered into a partnership with a digital firms in the wake of Covid-19 pandemic. The partnership with mTek Services, a digital insurance broker, is aimed at promoting uptake of insurance in the face of the pandemic.
